Distribution Of Coadd Noise And Background Sigma Values For Low Source Density Areas

These plots are for all scans that have processed coadds that have magnitude thresholds for unconfused areas, which are 15.50, 14.75 and 14.25 mag for J, H and K, respectively. There are 1,484 scans. Note that the K histogram is quite different from the other bands due to the significant seasonal variation, and hence its histogram will change as we process more data from different time periods.

The percentile points are 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 90, 95 and 99%.
