PAYMENT Guidelines -- ALL SPEAKERS GET EITHER A FANTASTIC HIGH QUALITY CHOCOLATE BAR (usually from Belgium) and a banana  In the case a speaker takes more than 2 hours to deliver the paper, an onion and some rotten tomatoes are tossed at the speaker. 



The name of the pre-print club is derived from the famous book "The First Three Minutes" by Steven Weinberg. Steven Weinberg received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1979 for his pioneering work on the unification of the weak and electromagnetic forces in nature. For more details click here
