File Name: qacit.{yymmdd}.scankey.ipac (final IPAC version) and 
  qacit.{yymmdd}.scankey.umass (final UMass version), where {yymmdd} is the 
  file creation date of the IPAC version.  Both files live at /l7/ops/sitdb. 
  The difference between the two files is that the final UMass version has 
  the R0, R1, R2, Nob, Depch, Depcm, and BrKPS fields filled in.

Description:  These files serve as the final versions of the concatenated
  CIT file specified under SIS QUA10. The only differences in formatting or
  content from those in SIS QUA10 are --

    1) the qacit.{yymmdd}.scankey files now have one extra column in the "Nob" 
       entry (I5 instead of I4) to accomodate a four-digit number,
    2) scans with Q3=0 have been deleted, and
    3) a final column, "scankey" (format I6) has been added to each line.
