MAPCOR Parameter Tuning

The MAPCOR subsystem contains ~130 parameters to be tuned for 2MAPPS v2.0.
These fall under several categories, listed below, which correspond to
the tasks MAPCOR performs:

"purging" bright star artifacts
-
calculating aperture magnitude curves-of-growth and aperture mag corrections
-
normalization of PSF-fit mags to aperture mags
-
merging Read1 sources with Read2-Read1 sources, and normalization of Read1
mags to aperture mags
