2mass team:

	Ron has created a rodan:/2massc/del_v3 for v3 deliveries. This
structure is parallel to the /2massc/del structure. 

	The /2massd area is pretty helter-skelter, reorganization is 
probably futile, so maybe we should just add v3 unique versions in a 
manner which makes the most sense to the cog e. There is about
2.5 GB available on rodan:/2massd/ for deliveries of new or revised
data.

page to incorporate clarifications requested by Ken Marsh and others:
