Research

I work on various aspects of interstellar dust and the effect it has on our understanding of the global properties of spiral galaxies. This link leads to a description of my research interests.

About me

I was born in Cornwall, England in November 1972 where I lived until 1989 when I moved to Cardiff, Wales to attend university. I completed both my Bachelors and Doctoral degrees at Cardiff before moving out to Pasadena, California in 1997 for postdoctoral work.
