Version3 Test for Saturation maps
1) northern RTB nights (990523n, 980423n, 971116n, and 000317n)
a) data: Nothern RTB nights with filtering of j_prg_flg
= '000' AND h_prg_flg = '000' AND k_prg_flg= '000' AND k_m < 11
where new
H array data are rom 000317n and the rest is old H array. rtb run3
(which is finished Apr 29, 2001).
b) R1 vs Psfmag (or StdApmag) plots
| J band | H old array | H new array | K band | |

(either J, H, or K) saturation flag or with two band saturation flags
