Jan second week  To submit a Jounral paper entitled "Near-infrared Synchrotron Emission from Cas A" to ApJ. 
Feb, 14, 2003  Invited seminar on "Supernova remnants and Molecular clouds" at Univerisy of Minnesota.. 
he end of Feb, 2003 "Near-infrared Synchrotron Emission from Cas A" is accepted to ApJ.
March, 15, 2003 Two Chandra proposals are submitted (one for SNR and one for star-forming regions)
May 16-21, 2003 SMT telescope in Mr. Grahams, AZ (but due to snow storm, no data are taken)
May 31-Apr 4, 2003 A collaborator visit -- Bertrand Lefloch-- from France
Apr 18, 2003 Palomar 200-inch proposal deadline: One SNR using WIRC is submitted
Apr 25, 2003 Delay of SIRTF launch until August  (can have some science time next
