The third stim flash does not exist. 2dcd1900 and 2dce1900, survey_s, all the same as (1) except that the Ra and dec in the slipped frame changes more. RACE condition: ItrmShal gets into FIFO buffer at the same time with RatShal. The order of command execution is messed up. Stim flash never performed. The frame slips into the next observation. future: All Iterm RTSs need to be modified by delaying the time getting into FIFO buffer.
